Go Natural with Your Face

We can find a lot of beauty products for the face in most department stores. These products are designed to help people get the pretty face they want. But after the makeup is taken off and all you have is your natural skin on your face, do you know any natural methods to clean it up? Probably you would be thinking of those expensive facial masks sold at the beauty floor of a particular department store. Well, there is a way that you can save and make really effective masks. You can make natural face masks from natural ingredients we commonly buy from stores. Here are some recipes for you to try out.

One of the readily available ingredients for natural face masks is the banana. You can mash one medium sized banana into a thick paste and apply it over your face for 10-20 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water. Alternatively, you can add other ingredients like honey and yogurt to the mix to further enhance the cleansing and moisturizing effect of the face mask.

Another one of the natural face masks that you can easily whip up in your own home is the egg. For oily skin, use only the egg white but if your skin is normal, use the entire egg. Beat the egg into a good consistency. You can add a bit of lemon or orange if you would like to increase the oil removing effect of the mix. Apply it over your face for 30 minutes then take it off with cold water. Ensure that you remove all so that the skin will be clean and healthy.

Have you ever heard of using milk to enhance your skin? Well, you can do it to your face. Get ¼ cup of powdered milk and mix it with enough water to make it into a paste. Once you have achieved the pasty consistency, apply onto your face until it dries. Rinse it off with lukewarm water to get the full effect. Just remember not to buy too expensive milk powder so that your budget will not be hurt.

Oatmeal is widely considered by those who want to use natural face masks as a good facial cleanser. Get a half cup of hot water and1/3 cup of oatmeal. Mix them both and let it settle for 2-3 minutes. Mix it then with honey, egg white and yogurt. Mix enough to ensure a good consistency. Once the concoction is made, apply it over your face and let it stay there for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off with warm water afterwards. You will definitely have a good face afterwards.

There are still many natural face masks that you can try. You can find most recipes online. If you want to save and get beauty, try these and the rest of the recipes online. Surely, you will find one that will suit you the best.
